auto to 5 speed

How much will cost me to do this conversion, i have a 92 sc300 auto with 1J all stock, w58 is only what I'm looking for, parts and labor, and someone to do it , thanks and also car is here in so.cal.

theres a w58 on craigslist in L.A. right now for pretty cheap.
