Exclamation Alignment issue/Inner Tie Rod?

new owner of a 1993 sc400 with 19" offset wheels.

It pulls to the right, and the steering feels very sloppy. I took it to get aligned at Tire Kindom, they it needed a new inner tie rod before they could align it and it would be $400. So i said thanks but no thanks. All i wanted was an alignment. I went home and made a visual inspection and there was some light grease on the exterior of the boot but overall didnt look too bad. The wheel well area was suprisingly clean.(no obvious marks of inspection) It def didnt look as if someone at Tire Kingdom took off the boot to inspect the inner tie rod so im questioning wether or not this could be the cause.

I did some searching and read other threads about people swapping Supra parts do to steering issues : LCAs, ball joints, tie rods (inner and outter), and bushings. the car is nearing the 100k mark and i bought it expecting to do some heavy maintnce. Any suggestions on upgrading this beast would be appreciated.

Does anyone know of any aftermarket performance steering racks for the SC or compatable with it?
