Default LS Big Brake Question

I just picked up a excellent set of SC430 wheels (pie disk) for my SC. My plan is to replace the pie disk with the five star disk.

In the future I wanted to go w/ a 95+ ls400 four piston caliper upgrade, but from reading I see they will not fit with these wheels.

My question is, can run spacers to accommodate the upgrade. If anyone knows what size spacers will make these wheels work with this upgrade, please chime in.

Thanks

I had the pies on my SC400 when I got them and then found they didn't clear the Supra calipers.

The rims are a 45 offset and are 8.5 wide so you could easily run a 10-15mm spacer with no problems dependent on your tire and suspension.

My new rims are 18x9 +30 and they clear rolled fenders with a 235 tire which was previously on the pies. I have the car reasonably low and travel with passengers etc and haven't had any problems with rubbing.

May be, you should buy my wheels.
They clear Supra calipers.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm currently on stock suspension, and plan on running 245/40 for tires.

I think the LS calipers are a tad bigger than the Supra calipers.

I'll look for some 15mm spacers. Any suggestions on which spacers to go with; ie: H&R, or others?

Honestly, I like your wheels. If I had the doe, I'd definitely take them off your hands. I've never seen those before.

Good lookin' out for the offer.
