New Leather
With this leather, can I remove the cloth from seats and install the leather? I'm looking for a car right now and really want leather, but I'm having trouble finding a Lexus at a reasonable price in my area. I'm also considering an accord, but can't find one with leather. And how much would it cost to have it professionally installed?
just got these in today. took only one week. only question i have for all who have bought these. ok so there 5 wires in the middle insert of the bottom part of tt seat. but im not sure if they forgot to put the inserts for two on the sides and front and rear. if they dont do that how did you manage to finish the install. anyone have an idea of what im talking about

I agree, I've had these on for months now and they feel/look great. The best investment yet !
Amazing that is cost 1/2 what the others charge and gets delivered in about the same time frame.

I got mine from leatherseats.com. I organized a group buy here about 3 years ago. I think the price was $525 delivered.
These photos were taken right after the install. There's a minor wrinkle in one of the seat bottom bolsters, but it came out within a day or two of sun soaking. The install looked exactly like the brochure shot from my 1995 which included the gathers. At first I was unsure of the gathers because my old leather didn't have them. Leatherseats.com assured me they were stock. I finally had to track down the brochure shot to confirm. After 3 years, the gathers are once again gone and perfectly smooth and flat. It's important to get most of the wrinkles out from the very start. Only minor imperfections will flatten out from sun soaking.

I also redid my 300zx right before selling it on ebay. These were also bought from leatherseats.com and were $430 shipped. I've seen the same skins sell for $250 direct from leatherseats.com on ebay.

Um, well, you get what you pay for I guess. If you don't want to pay an extra $30 for an OEM factory look, I guess that's your decision. BTW, leatherseats.com sells their kits on ebay too and you can often save $150+.
