Default Bomex Body Kit

I just completed the Phase I (the bodywork & paint job) of my SC.
I have been updating my project via Pix of my 2JZ-GTE 6 speed SC300

99% of visitors complimented on the quality of work.

However, many of you commented that you are not fan of BOMEX body kit so I decided to put up a poll.

For those do not like the BOMEX body kit, let's hear about it!

Your car looks really good! However in my opinion, the bulges with the Bomex kit don't do really suit it, mainly the rear and side skirts. However I do like the spoiler, and the color you've chosen is awesome! I've noticed you also have a different headlight in there, what is it?

Firstly - the color of your car is awesome

Secondly - I dislike the Bomex kit. I bought 2 cars with the kit on and always hated them. The kit does not flow at all, it looks cheap, the spoiler is far too big - just not a smooth kit.

Looks like a cheap ebay kit.

Did I say I love the color of your car

Thats an awesome color!! I have to agree the sides and the rear don't really flow. The front looks so-so. But hey as long as you like it.

I can't stand the BOMEX kit. Honestly, one of the worst kits availble for the SC.

There is great selection available for the SC, e.g. Auto Couture, Vertex, JIC, Origin, Wald. Being different is one thing but being different with a BOMEX. Not feeling it at all.

As others stated I like the color but the kit is too busy imo.

It all boils down to personal taste. Looks like the quality and fit is excellent, but personally I like a cleaner look for our cars... something that goes well with the rest of the lines of the car.

Kit to me is REALLY bad.. does not flow at all. but the spoiler IMO is very nice.. fits perfectly on a Vertex kit or Origin.

Don't forget the Do-Luck kit.

Wow...no one likes it huh?

i like the bomex kit... it just doesn't look good on light color cars... but i think you need a certain year and style

needs 97 or up body style and you also need the front bumper that takes the 97 fog lights

i love the color of your car, but the bulges are what kill it....it looks slightly better on black, cause the bulges are less noticeable...but its still ugly imo...

I like this body kit so I am not bothered about it.
I just want to find out what floats everyone's boat.

Otherwise, we would be driving the white civic.
Furthermore, this is a good marketing tool for BOMEX.

Belement,
Ebay head light is holding up so far....
Not the first choice but it works.

Batmobile,
Sharp looking in black.
I was going tog et 97 front bumper but 97 has bumper slit on left side so I had to use 92 style with the bumper slit on right side.
Also, 92 does not have the fog lights. 92 has the corner lights.
