Yellow fog lights is a Lexus trademark. IS300's and GS400's came with yellow fog lights from the factory. Is there another car company that is known for having yellow fog lights straight from the factory?

Some people say to go through the gaurd on the bottom, but my way is to pull back the fender liner and remove the headlight to make it easily acessable from the top. there are two 10 mm nuts that hold that headlight secured to the frame and one on top that is under the hood. after the headlight is out there are the three 8mm nuts that hold the foglight in place. 2 on the back and one on the top after these are off you can push them out and go from there.

I cannot stand yellow fogs, or yellow fog covers...Not clean, IMHO. Never have liked them in yellow.

i still cant decide either but im for sure gonna get an HID kit to either match the 6000k or the Yellow, that is of course when I round up some money haha broke university student as many are. but as of right now i just have some eurolites in there with the bonnet modification... highly recommended if you have the time to crack them open. light output is about 50% more i'd say

Dont forget early ES300's.

I run 6k and dark amber on pre 95's. I love the color combo IMO, especially slammed.

Default Dark amber

RikTT,

Do you find that the dark amber has less glare coming back at you in fog? Also, where did you get the amber, who makes it , etc. I'm interested....can you tell?

Thank you,

John

John first off my fogs are a lil condensed so i have a lil less light output. They light up just the same as it should when turning but coverted to fogs..I used those new sylvania bulbs which look artic blue but emits the amber color i wanted.Easily found and not that cheapy looking for a good price.I dont like the light yellow or pee color imo.Hope it helps

I did new fog lenses and 3000k hid fogs, you won't regret it and they are actually functional as well.
