Default Leaning out on throttle

I am tuning my NA-t SC300 with a MAP ecu and stock injectors and a walbro. When ever I get on the throttle around idle the car leans out for just a second and then revs up. Also when I driving aroung around on low throttle it goes up and down about a grand and it leans out then starts driveing agian, but just for a second then it revs up and then leans out again.

I have the same issue with the delayed fuel delivery when you step on the gas. I'm pretty sure that its being caused by the vacuum line being so long. I've been thinking about trying to remote mount the pressure sensor so it can be in the engine bay, while keeping the rest of the map-ecu in my glovebox

It kinda did this before i put the map ECU in right after Installed the turbo with out the O2s hooked up. But my line for the MAP ECU is about 5 or 6 feet long...It is a Rubber line to a Hard boost gauge line back to a little bit of the rubber line what is the best way to intall the map ECU map line?
