Just got my WR intake installed
well I just finished installing my WR intake. Well to be honest....it didn't fit well. I thought the engine bay from the 93 and 95 models were the same. The heatshield I will either send back to Leo or customize it to fit. It wasn't even close to fitting the rest of the intake in. I had to cut off most of the hoses and do a little weird setup to get the hoses from the piping to work cause they didn't fit on one side. I'll be testing it out at the track Friday. Sounds awesome though and I only drove it once tonight around the block but I felt it kick more. Looks very good though. I'll let yall know further updates...later, Adam
*sigh* I wish I could handle QC there or something.. seems like stuff gets lost in the translation. Whenever stuff gets put in my car, he's putting it in himself, so stuff gets modified on the spot. Note that we did have a hard time getting it to fit, that's why the maf sensor is turned to the side. Can you upload some pics of it so I can see?
well that's probably the problem then Leo...I didn't know to turn the MAF sideways...the box does drop right in...but it was that the end of the piping would go in the box hole. I love the colored piping though. Looks SWEET!! Awesome top end and great sound....thanks, Adam
I'll get back with you later this weekend once I have time to get the box in place.

I think Leo makes underhood coloring parts out of anodized aluminum... I know he's got hoses and pipes. My filter, hoses and logos are all yellow. No real reason, I just like yellow.. if I was a BMW freak I'd have the Dakar Yellow M3.
