Happened on Monday
So as i was going down Oneal today Leaving BJ's checking on the GS, right as I'm about to pass the popeyes a woman in a Cavy decided she thinks she has enough room and time then oh no she doesn't and i ram into the back/side of her car as she trying to make a left in front of me. She was trying to turn out across oneal but that didnt happen. I'm just pissed at the amount of damage to my car and the amount to hers. This happened around 6:20pm today. The driver was pulling out from the right side of me from one of the parking lots I was heading North she was attempting to go south and pulled out across the lane in front of me trying to turn left that's where i slammed on my breaks and hit her driver side rear.
As it sits right now.
This also sucks because i plan on going out of town next week so yeah...
wow sorry to hear/see that. i got some damage too lately. i got hit by a cab in wrigleville in chicago. the crown vic was totalled.....and im still driving my tank.
She was noted at fault, but the officer did not issue a ticket which kinda pissed me off. She tried to change her story to the insurance company, and say I was in the wrong. But even Progressive knew before they looked at the scene that she was at fault. So the car is in the body shop right now and already having trouble with her insurance, progressive, not wanting to replace my 97+ front.
Probably will take over 5 months till it get settled. I got rear ended and the cop gave that fool a ticket...but he still denies that he rear ended me. My lawyer is still working on the case....it's been over 4 months!!! Good luck with yours.
Man that really suck. Progressive hates people with modded cars. they are cheap bastards. If you are very assertive everything will be fine. Good luck and I am very sorry for what happened.
