first i live in the middle east
and we don't have the SC400 here
there is one exported from the US with 148k miles in it
it needs a paint job and some work though
he wants 4800 US$ for it

KBB gives me 5500 for a car like that with slight exterior damage. So, given that your region does not have this specific car, I'd say its a good deal. As long as you have no issues finding parts.

that looks exactly like my car but mine is in much better condition and much less miles :P
like the others said, exterior is easy to fix because its just painting and money. check the condition of the interior, especially the leather on the chairs because interior can be costly to replace.
if you have a source for replacement mechanical parts then it would be worth considering..... because costs for parts can be expensive if theres no available source.
