Default interior conversion problems with wiring

i just converted my tan interior to black and now im having two wiring problems.
my car is 94 and using the same dash harness and now my turn signals and emergency lights dont work and also when i turn my headlights on my temp and radio console turns off but when i turn the headlights off its reverse.

the only different parts switched out that i know is the steering wheel airbag and passenger airbag. is there a difference in those parts from 92-94 and 95-96
like wiring and plugs? everything is plugged in and i hope i dont have to remove the dash again because that was a pita. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

oh yea when i turn on the headlight on and off i hear this "pop" noise.
