I think that is the most tangible original kit out there. I don't think I would bother looking for a knock off. There are a few spots that have it for about 900 shipped.

But isn't the Origin itself a copy of the Vertes with some minor changes to the front bumper?

possibly big dog, but I give them props because they made an effort to make those little changes and I like that it is a full rear bumper and not a lip.

I believe tougefactory sells single pieces. Also those prices you listed on a origin kit is pretty high.

I have one on my S14 and it fits fine. I had to fit the kit first before it went to paint.

The genuine doesnt fit very good from my experience. A knock off of it would be a nightmare!

RaceOnUSA sells the body parts individually. But I think you will save yourself some money if you buy it as a whole kit.

JSPEC- thanks for tip. after looking at my Vertex (replica) front bumper, i think i'm going to just have a body shop modify it in the likes of a ORIGIN (plus my personal taste).

BOOJA- any pics of your car with the ORIGIN front bumper?

574- i tried contacting touge factory but no luck. don't know if they went out of business or their operation isn't up.

unless one comes up for sale in the future, i've decided it's not worth the hassle of buying a ORIGIN front bumper (probably $400+) when this VERTEX one almost look the same. aren't the side skirts and rear bumper identical?

i'm going to take off the "fog light" section of the VERTEX and make it one vent like the ORIGIN.
also if i can make the front mouth "front mount area" taller i think that'll look more aggressive.

TWISTED- your car/kit looks gorgeous!

Man origin is the cheapest real kit you can buy. The front bumper is not a vertex knock off.... they look nothing alike
