Default sc400 abs/trac question. Need help!!! dtc codes...

I have a 92 sc400 with abs/trac. all the dash lights are on. ABS, TRAC, and TRAC OFF. The rear brakes seem to be dragging. By pulling the diag code I got ABS: 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36. TRAC:33, 34, 43, 45. Can anyone help me figure out what these mean? I know there is a recall on the abs/trac computer, and when I talked to Lexus about it they played dumb.

Code 31 = air mix damper position sensor circuit

This sensor detects the position of the air mix damper switch and sends signal to the ac control assembly.. check the resistance on the heater unit as follows. The volts should be on max cold 3.76 - 5.76k, and on max warm 0.94 - 1.44K.... No go, replace the air mix servo motor assembly.

Code 32 = air inlet damper position sensor circuit

This sensor detects the same as above but read through the climate control. Check volts between terminal TP1 and SG of the AC control assembly connector or climate control. Should read as follows, in recirculate mode 3.70 - 4.27V, and on fresh mode 0.88 - 1.16V. If not replace the unit itself.

Code 33 and 34 is the same as above...

Code 35 = high altitude compensator ( HAC Sensor)

This detects/measures the absolute pressure and outputs corresponding electric signals. Replace ECU or main computer.

Code 36 = nothing found

Code 43 = starter signal circuit

NO signal to ECU. PM me for further on this one. Kinda long on how to troubleshoot.

Code 45 = nothing found.

All these symptoms point to me that it is the main ecu under the carpet on the passenger side. JMO.. I hope this helps.

Those codes are not ABS/TRAC related. 43 is a TRAC code I cant figure out as its not listed. ABS 53 is right front speed sensor, ie. loss of signal?

I got code 32 on my 99 SC400 so I got the servo and replaced it, but now want to know how to clear the codes and the abs/trac lights? I used a Snap-On code reader and disconnected the battery also pulled the 30 amp fuse, but I still have the lights on. I am not sure if it is the same process to access the A/C code read out, using the climate control unit, as the earlier model LS400. Please let me know.
