Default o2 sensor mounting question

I searched and didn't find an answer, though maybe I'm just not using the right terms. I just dug into the o2 sensors last night and found that they're in a little plate that bolts onto the header, and not a screw in like I'm accustomed to. Is there a plate that has threads in it so I would be able to screw in a o2 sensor and then bolt it to the header?

Headers like the MVP/Xerd don't have that same mounting provision, they just screw in. I thought I remembered reading that there were o2 sensors where they would screw out of that plate and be able to screw into a header like that...I'm looking for just that plate to put a wideband into it.

In case anybody else searches for this somewhere down the road, I picked up a "flanged Toyota o2 sensor bung" off EBay for $9, looked to be exactly what I was looking for.

Another thing I was thinking is that I have a wide band with a 5 volt output I was wondering if I could just remove the stock O2s and replace them with a wideband signal?

You can, read up in your wideband's instructions about it.
