hey guys,

ive got a JDM soarer twin turbo, the steering wheel it has is in pretty bad condition, i was wondering if you can fit an airbag wheel(gs300,ls400) to a non air bag car? i know the airbag wont work, just wanna know if they re compatible?

What year of steering wheel you want to put on?

Is the steering wheel you want to put on have airbags attached or are they both different? (ie. GS300 steering wheel with LS400 airbag)

What kind of steering wheel you have right now on your Soarer?

Do you care if the airbag is functional?

---- I think most Lexus/Toyota Steering wheel will fit as long as you have a single stage airbag( single stage[1 plug] if you want the airbag functional).

Second stage- 2 plugs behind, will fit but airbag is NON-functional.

i have a 92 non airbag soarer steering wheel, and i want to replace it with a newer lexus wheel like the gs300/ls400 or es300.

i know the airbag wont work, i just wanna know if it fits and the horn to work.

Almost any Lexus steering wheel will fit, but the airbag will not work obviously. Might have to do slight mod for some steering wheels if you have cruise control.

 

I'm sure GS300 and ES300 will fit. I think LS400 will fit as well but not quite sure.
