Default Anyone used this?

Just curious how many lexus owners out there have used Z Max?
The commerical claims, that it protects and treats the cars metal, improves MPG and performance.

I've been seeing alot of advertising for this product, does this really work?

Anyone here used it? if so, did you notice any difference?

Please share any experiences or info about this.

thanks,
007

Default heard of the Tornado?

Have any of you guys seen the infomercial on these things? It sells for about $68. Couple of my friends who drive a Camry & a F-250 have gotten over 100 extra miles to their tank!

I have mine installed for my SC4...hope it works!!

check out www.tornadoair.com if you are curious about it

I got them for cheap so let me know if anyone wants them, I'll see what I can do.

Read this article:

BS PRODUCTS

A Team SC3 member wrote that article with a lot of research and I believe that it will be benificial to all of you guys that are out to improve your car's performance.

Those "miracle" products are just plain BS and they're just looking for poor suckers buy their products.

I recently got into an argument with a friend about the "Tornado" fuel saver. He was totally convinced that it added horsepower and milage .

Here was my argument: The "tornado" that it causes will be useless when it reaches the butterfly in the throttle body because the butterfly will chop it up and the "tornado" would have not done anything... if it even creates a tornado, as it claims. Second, safety wise, I would be very nervous about having something in my airbox/tube while driving around. Running a chance of that thing getting sucked into the throttle body and having no control over acceloration.

So, guys, have fun with your money and stray away from BS products like you see on TV. Use your money on real performance products, maintain a good maintinance record, and have fun with your cars. Cuz if these products were good for your car, car manufactueres would be recomending these things to you.
