buy your bulbs there too and have it all shipped at once, shouldnt be more than $32 shipped for everything
okay i just installed the tail lights tonight with success 
drilled out the stud holes wider.... maybe it was a bit too big/wide! lol but it's holding on..
for future references people looking into doing it should definitely drill instead of FORCING it in. just make sure the drilled out holes aren't too big.

Yes, Lexus of Pembroke Pines has the best price for new tail lights and all of the components..they have good prices on everything OEM though
got some pictures up..
you can see how the tail lights don't line up (a good amount too). you can see why i mentioned, taking the bumper off first
i ended up just drilling the stud holes bigger/wider and pushed it in good and made it work!

yikes. tails look good.
but, my key hole definitely lined up without a problem by neither removing the bumper nor drilling holes. I know a number of other forum members could say the same.
