Yea so we don't have those crinkle points or whatever they are called... and doesn't that mean that all of that energy is still traveling though into the cabin? or am i mistaken?

 

after killing a deer at 55mph on the highway, the bumper was injured but the remainder of the car was entirely untouched: no headlight/highbeam damage, no radiator damage, and no hood damage.

 

^^ I remember that. It's amazing it didn't get the header panel and radiator, or at least the edge of the hood.
