I am running 215 35 19(?) front and 255 35 19 in the back. I plan on running 19x8.5 in the front and 19x10 in the back. Thank for the help.

You will need a 10" wheel with a 23 offset to roughly match the fitment of how mine sits right now in the rear. With a 255, you could be a bit more aggressive of course, maybe high teens are possible. As for the fronts you could go with a 24 offset. Same as the rears, running a smaller tire will allow you to be a bit more aggressive, I would think high teens wouldn't be too much of problem.
Running the 215's will give you a slight raked look, since the overall front tire diameter will almost be an inch smaller. I don't have much experience with stretched fitment, hopefully someone else can chime in on this for you, good luck.

These offsets and widths are similar to mine. My 18's are just a little bit more aggressive, these 17's should look pretty good. Depending on height and tire sizes you choose will determine if you need to roll or shave the rears. A 5mm spacer wouldn't hurt to use in fronts either.

My fronts now have an 8mm spacer instead of the 5mm pictured.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT!
Hey guys, I have a few questions that i hope you guys can help me answer. I'm kinda new to the scene so bare with me if these questions are stupid or if they've already been asked here (I've been looking through it for hours and haven't found an exact answer to my question.)
I recently bought a completely stock 2000 SC400. The first thing i want to do to it is put on some wheels and then lower the car just a little (about 1", maybe 1.5" at the very most). Considering that i may lower the car up to maybe 1.5", i wanted to see if some wheels would fit WITHOUT having to do any modifications to the fenders such as pull or roll them.
Would it be possible for 19X8.5 +35mm Front and 19X9.5 +45mm Rear wheels to fit my car (No modifications to fender). Would they fit on Stock suspension, 1" drop, and 1.5" drop?? If so, what wheels should i run on them. I want the regular tire fitment; i dont like it when the rim looks like its sticking out further than the tire.
Please help. THANKS YOU SOOO MUCH to whoever takes there time to read this and help me out.

Running 35 series in the front and 30 in the rear will do it. I was lowered to near no finger gap on 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with 35 offset all around with the listed tires plus one aspect ratio, making the overall diameter similar to the 19's. My rear fenders were mildly shaved at the time. Worst case you can have a mild shave just in case; if you are going to be running the 45 offset in the rear, I don't think you'll have any problems with the stock fender lip.

Thanks guys. Just waiting for the new lug nuts to come in. BTW the wheels are FNOR1C's in bronze. I will have some test fitment pics up once the new lugs come in.
