9" wide 17" wheels will only hold a 275. My Supra TT Wheels are 17x9.5 and a 285 is the widest allowable within the factory specs.
I would check out the 240SX and RX7 forums if you are looking for wide 17" wheels at a good price. The owners of those cars are often overly concerned about weight and favor slightly smaller diameter wheels. The RX7 takes offsets very similar to the SC, while the 240SX guys would have wheels with -largely- more aggressive offsets...making cheap, aggressive wheels somewhat available.

Also just for a quick yes no. Bout to pick up 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 +35 offset w/ 235/35/19 and 245/35/19. Should i be good to go? car is on a Supra TT Eibach drop.

I have a set of 5x112mm wheels I need adopters. I found a few different thickness to go with. 20 25 and 30mm.
Front: 19x8.5
Offset: +36
Tires: 245/35 (they are blad so I will buy some new tires.)
Rear: 19x9.5
Offset: +32
Tires: 275/30 (they are almost new so I would like to keep them)
My car isn't lowered yet. But I plan on it.
Do I need to change tires to go with a streched set up?
Roll the fenders?
Thickness of adopters?
I would like the wheels to be pushed out as possible. I also would like to have as wide of tires as possible as well.

Shopping for some FN01RC's for a 92 SC400 w/ coilovers. Id like to run their widest 18" rim which is 9.5" wide on the rear. There are a couple different offsets offered, +12 +22 & +35.
On the rear could I get away with running the +12 with some fender rolling with a 255/35/18 or a 265/35/18?
Also would a 18" x 8.5" +30 be close to being flush on the front?
Thanks!

18x8.5 will be sunken in a few mm. it wont match the aggressiveness of the rear if you do a +12
If you did a +22 rear it would be much closer in agressiveness from rear to front and you could do a larger tire

That would look better then the 18x8 +30. You could do the 18+9.5 +12 all around with 235/40 and 245/40. Or with the 18x9.5+22 all around with 245/40 and 265/35.
