Ahahaha... Same here soarin...
I didn't see anything skimming through but will 19x8.5 +25 offset front and rear with 265/30/19's tires work without a roll or cut? Aahahah, I'm thinking no but I just want to make sure... If I get 235/40/19's up front will it work? Hmm, you guys think the thicker tires up front will make my car look FWD? What would be the ideal tire sizes without a stretch and still fit without a roll?

235s would work just fine....i got 245's on my 8.5 and it seems perfect...265 IMO would be too big...on a 8.5.

I plan on running 18x9 front and 18x10 rear +20 offset all around. What fender modifications are involved??? I'm going for the stretched tires as well, 225/40/18 front and 245/40/18 rear...or should I go narrower in the rear. The car is lowered on tokicos and espelir springs.
(sorry, I know this might be a repeated question, but I did spend like an hour reading the first 20 pages of this thread. )
Thanks for the info in advance!

Thanks for the reply, one thing I have been wondering is how does the width of the rim effect the given offset? Do wider rims use a higer offset to acheive the same fender flushness of a skinier rim with a lowwer offset? Or does it just depend on the style of the rim IE. lots of lip, no lip? Thanks for all the info guys...

the wheels do look nice but id say you go with a 18... i have 17'' TT wheels with similar numbers as you and they are sunken in too much and its hard finding the right tire size for the front without having any rubbing issues but then i am fully slammed..

How about this setup:
Volk GTUs and BFG KDW2's
fr 18X9 +35 255/35/18
rr 18X10 +40 285/30/18
Stance coilovers
Daizen camber correction bushings
I know that I will have to roll the fenders but do not want to have them pulled or shaved. Would it be possible to get away with lower offsets or is this setup already pushing it with the afformentioned tire sizes?
