Headrest embroidery
Once every hundred pieces or so. Most are fixable (rip it all out and start over). ~1 in 500 isn't.
I'll be at the dealership tomorrow, so I'll see if you can get just the headrest covers. Parts.com showed that you had to buy the whole headrest to the tune of $400....if that's the case I won't be assuming any liability.

i know im waaaaay late but would you still do it 90 a pair i'm looking to embroider the Lexus logo on my headrests
Go to a local automotive interior restoration shop and get a quote. If they are good, and get a lot of business it should be pretty cheap. Your just getting a Lexus logo, nothing crazy.
I can't help ya. Any local place that has experience with leather can probably do it no problem tho.
