Supra Fuel Filter work?

Will a fuel filter from a Toyota Supra work on my SC300? Id rather buy one cheaper at the Toyota dealer than $60 from Lexus dealer.

i checked the other day and the part numbers were diffrent, there usualy the same, hope that helps.
