CEL after stepping up boost

Got a CEL 2 weeks ago after a week at 6 psi. Checked the diagnostic code and its a 71 - EGR system malfunction. Do I need to be concerned about this? what do u guys think is wrong with it?

Most of the time its the VSV for the EGR valve. Not a big deal.
