700 - 800 RWHP is quite common. Some tuners overseas claim 1000+ RWHP

I second the section or sticky for the 1j. I will 100% be doing a very indepth feedback when i do mine in a few weeks. I will also be including pics to help those directionally challenged. It just seems like alot of questions get asked over and over but when you search for them all you find is questions being asked.... least I do lol. But I have everything for mine I jsut have to get back to the states so I can do it!

Neither is "0h:0m:0s" came with a 1JZ from the factory Haha sorry thats not very helpful to you guys is it. Here is what I can offer though. If you get stuck on something or are unsure of where it goes, I can take a picture of said part on a Soarer. It helped audi2nr when he couldn't figure out where some part went.

I've done 5 of them on 92-94 model sc300's.

4-6 hours* from hood removal to remove the 2jzge to driving around in the A/C doing 110mph on the highway with the 1JZGTE.

*Fully prepped motor swap ready to drop in including already extended body plugs, pinout change for temp gauge, fields harness for ECU, new timing belt, new water pump, new vacuum lines, etc.

Total time to swap is about 12 hours of labor, at least thats what I charge. In all honesty, it's about the easiest swap in the world.

Revived from the dead.

How about those with sc400's?
Curious how long it took you guys, I have my head set on the 1jz-gte swap in my sc400.

Tryin to build a full list of what I need, and yes I did read the big bad 1jz swap. Helpful, but doesnt have every piece of information im trying to gather.

Thanks in advance,
Aaron
