Default headlight help

My passenger side headlight went out about a month ago so I finally bought a replacement set but the passenger's side still would not work and now my drivers side doesnt work. Do the plugs go bad or is there a fuse anywhere to check my daytime running lights still work as well as my fog lights is there a way to check for voltage or do the plugs just go bad any help would be appreciated.

Check your fuses in the fuse box. Its located right behind the battery.
