Finally I'm headed back to the Miami area for good. I tell you it's TOO cold up here in NC and VA!! I looked at the temp gauge when I got up, and it said 22deg!!!! ARGH!! I don't know if my car will even run in that...lol

Well we're leaving today, and should arrive down there Sat or Sun, depending on traffic.

Anyone have a house for rent? Or maybe looking to rent a room out for about two months? We're not getting an apartment/house until late Jan, and I don't want to be spending $350 a week for a hotel. Yuck. Plus I *really* don't want to park my car outside of a hotel every night.....due to Florida laws, I can't just shoot someone that's breaking in my car. Damn...lol We're looking in the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood/Miramar area, but anywhere would work. Just figured I would ask.

There are plenty of houses for rent in the West Broward Area. Either look in the paper or call a real estate agent. Beware of homes in certain areas since they are in bad shape, but look good (last rental house where I lived). Just PM me and I can tell you what I know about the area you found a rental house in. good Luck!

 

Finally made it...geez. We're staying in a hotel in Ft Lauderdale, off commercial blvd.

I'm gonna find this towers place everyone keeps talking about. I think we're gonna cruise SoBe a little tonight too, gotta find a viper or two that'll run...

Dont know if you'll get this message in time, but I should be at Towers tonight (its South of 595 on University Drive, there is a Taco Bell, Home Depot, Pep Boys, etc there). Not as many Vipers as on a Friday, but I have seen a few older 911 Turbos there. There isnt a permit for cars to be there, so most people go grab some food and stand in the parking lot. If you see a black 92 SC4, honk cuz it may be me

 

Hey... does your black SC have aftermarket exhaust? I saw one with chrome exhaust cruising up 95N around 11pm. We were headed back to the hotel from SoBe.

We cruised thru towers way before that, and ate at the TB, that was like 8pm. There were a couple hondas and stuff there. Something funny tho...

We're in taco bell, and these 4 ricers come in. One looked out and saw my car, so they all started talking about it. Well one said something about them being fast as s**t, and the other said "ya, I saw this girl driving a soarer 6-speed, that thing was f**king awesome"

heh...that's Jeff's car they were talking about.

Well we never went back up to towers, I was tired as hell since we drove the entire night before. Lack of sleep caught up to me.

Nope that wasnt me. Didnt do any exhaust stuff yet. Ricers are pretty funny, but they get annoying, so I go more on Fridays than Saturdays (when the ricers go). Go on a Friday night, plenty of Vipers, SCed Mustangs, 996 and 993 TTs, a few Modenas, etc.


On a different note, on the way to Towers last night, my friend in a TL w/ 100 shot raced an S2000 with Intake from a 5mph roll and I was right behind them all the way (they raced to 110), pretty sure I couldve passed them if I floored it. I must have a strong SC4 or something. All I have is a new air filter, new Tires, and I took out my spare.

 

Talking about races....geez...got smoked tonight by a friggin TWIN TURBO s500. After he smoked my *** bad, at the next light he wondered what I had...because I did a good job of keeping up.

Then he informed me his v12 had twin turbos. Damn there's too many people with $$ down here in Miami. Of course, this was in Ft. Lauderdale...same difference.

I've never heard of TT benzes ANYWHERE....don't feel bad. Hell, I hadn't heard of turbo SC3's until I found ClubLexus.

I just know there's too much $$ in the general area...LOL I see more $300k cars per mile of A1A in SoBe than I do in 5 years anywhere else I've lived. I'm having fun.

Ya...so I was informed tonight by some idiot (more later), that the s5 is an 8. And for all this time I thought it was a 12. Hell...even if it was a 8, it was a friggin TT 8 that smoked me! I have no idea what it'd run in the quarter. Fast is all I can say...wish I had some wide tires and lsd lik

If your'e just a troll reading this that decided to have fun...may god have mercy on your soul. I must say that the logs on the Ft. Walton, FL proxy2 were easy to reach. From there it's just make some calls to Comcast. It's a cool thing they use your home address to verify the caller, and if your real nice and say you've moved many times recently, they'll list off the street numbers.
