Why do you want to bypass them? Are you running some mad boost or something. You'd be better of leaving them installed, so the car runs right the other 99.99% of the time when you're not racing.
The coolant lines keep you throttle body at proper operating temperatures in cold climates. However, I live in Florida, so it is essentially always summer time . This coolant is just extra heat going to the throttle body. I did it to my friends TL and he says he noticed the power, I didnt, but his throttle body was touchable after driving hard compared to it being burnable hot before we did it.
