Finally pulled the trigger...
$400, and I drove her away. We couldn't find a key, so I had to learn how to steal a Lexus. it started like a champ, and ran (with burning oil), but still ran great and smooth.
The interior was FILTHY, and still is (needs a new carpet, or perhaps shampooing), but we took out all the loose garbage (30+ CDs, DVDs, tickets, etc.), and took out the ripped leather seats.
Here's what doesn't work:
brake lights (as far as I know)
memory seats
electronic auto-tilt steering wheel
climate control lcd screen
left heated seat switch
left window (i found the window motor in the trunk)
speedometer
tach
everything else works, and since i only cleaned up the car, and didn't diagnose any of the probs, i'm sure i'll figure out the problems soon enough.
I have some BIG plans for this, as it will not be a daily driver.
I already ordered all the missing pieces for the interior, and i'm working on the 5spd swap parts now.

My advice- you're in it cheap.... keep it that way and watch what you spend.
