Default ignition switch light

Is there anyway to repair my ignition switch light? (the light ring around the keyhole) It's not that I NEED it to work but it just looks so cool I want to see what my options are. Any help is appreciated.

I spliced out the original bulb and replaced it w/ a blue LED.

Looks cool. Kind of a pain to get to, but it was worth it!

From what I saw, there is only room for 1 bulb to light up that entire ring.

There is no space directly behind the ring, just metal which is too bad cause I wanted to use more LEDs to make the ring brighter.

All in all, it looks pretty sweet. Go for it!

Forgot to mention...

I think the bulb and socket are EXACTLY the same as the courtesy light on the bottom most panel on the drivers side.

The thing is bayonett mounted, so you have to twist 1/4 turn, then pull straight out.
