I will go with works, volks, SSR and many more that have good quality and nicer than those you listed above. Other than that when you want to sell it back the value higher and easier to sell. I rather pay a little more for the wheel and run used tires than get brand new cheap wheel and run brand new tires. But then overall it your choice

As you can see from everybody's opinions ....wheel beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I luv my bsa 248's 18x7.5 (hyper silv)all around with chrome lip.... great durability and they are cool in winter/snow conditions.

5Zigen will be my pick out of list. I guess because of the branding to me only.
Motegi Touge is by Chinese Racing Wheels cuz all their products are made-in-China (hope you get the joke ).
The low end Enkei is commonly used on civics...
The Stern ST-1 is a copy of Piaa.
The ADR .... no comment
Lol.. just my preception only. You should follow your heart!

Cheap need not apply on a Lexus. Its a luxery vehicle. A respected vehicle. Do not dis-respect it with cheap, gaudy wheels with a poor offset and finish.
Back in the day, I had a set of Motegi wheels. Bought them on the car at the dealership (brand new off the showroom floor). 6 months later the clear coat was peeling on the lips. I vowed never to buy cheap wheels again.
I buy used, high end wheels only now. Or just brand new high end.
You get what you pay for. There is a difference in quality of low volume wheels and high volume low quality.
I'm not out to bash you in any way, just look around a little more. You might be suprised at what you find:

nobody is ever looking for them! but sometimes there is a great deal afloat.
Why would you have no interest in used rims, the minute you take your rims on the street they will be used, and I doubt "cheap" rim as you will probably end up purchasing will stay in round for very long.
If you dont want to spend alot of cash you might change your out look, you might be able to profit on someone else's misfortune.
