Default Sneek peak.....

Well here is a start of things to come. Im debating molding the rear and side skirts on. I will be shaving the high beam openings and doing out with them. Just cuz i know you guys love pictures . BTW origin kit only has decent fitment, lots of work involved... Shade tree mechanic turns shade tree body man

Molding the skirts and rear is a bad idea unless the car is going to be a trailer queen. It's infinitely easier to replace them if they get banged up if you don't mold them. I also don't like the idea of shaving the high beams as I think they both give the car it's own style and they look good as well.

I do like the kit though, so I can't wait to see it all painted.

Well with the fitment ive already cracked it alot. I need to add resin and there is gaps between the skirt a the door sill that are like 1/4". Im thinking at this point it will be smoother and easier if i just mold. Ill probably crack it but i can always re-fiberglass.... Im kinda stuck on which way i should go with it. The high beams just have to go, they **** me off i couldnt even get them to fit right with the stock bumper... I have a hid kit so freaking bright now i dont need high's and I do like the look of them gone.

Just a question, why do people put on body kits before its painted? Doesnt the kit have to be removed again and painted before it goes on? It was for me anyways.

Usually they do not fit and a lot of sanding has to be done to make them fit. would be a real bugger to paint it then have to cut it up to make fit!

install first to get it fitted properly, then you take it off paint it, and throw it back on
