Default Windshield Washer Fluid

I noticed whenever I am driving that Windshield wiper light is always on. I guess I need to re-fill my tank. What kind of fluid is recommended to fill up and how many gallons? I want to be sure I am filling it up with the right thing.

i don't know much about washer fluids, but they are not the same...

So full strength Pinesol was not such a good idea? and is this the right forum for said weighty question

I ended up just using water (for now) just to get the light off my dash whenever i turn.
