Gauge Cluster Completly Dead! HELP!

Gauge Cluster Completly Dead! HELP!
I KNow this subject has been completly exhausted, BUT I need to know...
ARE THE GAUGE CLUSTER AND THE CENTER COUNSOL CONNECTED(I.E THE RADIO CLIMATE CONTROL{HEAT}) I dont have a radio in my car right now so I thought that could be the reason my gauge cluster wont even light up or none of the gauges work.

P.S I did search this topic but only found one person to that has mentioned these two areas to be linked

The climate and radio control the rest of the dimmer circuit (they complete it). Without the climate, the cluster will either run with no light, or with very little (dimmer on lowest setting). The radio can have an adverse effect also, but I don't recall the info on it since I have personally never had a stock radio. I think it just needs to see either ground or hot to work (the dimmer wire of the radio) I don't recall which or if that is accurate.
