my advice.....save your money for a couple of months and buy some nice rims that are staggered and not those. but again just my opinion.

Question for you pro stagger folks.......What happens if you get into an accident and one of you wheels are bent and have to be replaced but the style you have has been discontinued? You now have to pray for find someone selling that kind and hope to God it is he size that you need, you will have a better chance hitting the lottery. YOu see my point?

You buy a new set of wheels haha .

Seriously though, any kind of wheels that you buy have a chance of being discontinued. Just do what you feel is right.

regardless of the size if you have 18x8's all the way around and your wheels get discontinued your gonna be in the same situation. right?? so why not just go staggered.

wheels are typically around for 3-4 years then discontinued... there are certain truck wheels, however that have been around for many many years...

aftermarket performance wheels change too often, and are discontinued just as often...

if they're over the three year old mark, and one is damaged, I'd just chalk it up as a good reason to buy a new set of wheels, which, if properly insured, the insurance company has to pay for all 4 if the same replacement is not available...

I've dealt with this scenario many times...

No I will buy 5th wheel for a spare and slap it in the trunk, ALWAYS buy a 5th wheel. The last two sets of wheels I bought got discontinued and I was stuck up a river . WHo has $ to waste on wheels? Personally 18x8 all around looks just as good to me, nobody has ever told me I should have staggered my wheel size--only probaly if I ran into you guys (talking about the 18x7.5's I have on my silver spruce 92 300)

Ok I have found the wheel I want...and with a staggered set up . MRR HR2 18x8 front and 18x9 in the back brushed aluminum, will look sick on my Alpine silver 98 sc 4. ex on GS below . What do u think? I know someone here has them on their SC. If so post a pic.

I've seen these wheels in person and they look very cheap and cheesy, and trust me...I'm a bargain hunter, but I would not rock these wheels.

OP, you will like the staggered look much better once you see it in person on your car and the car is lowered. You will be glad you didn't purchase sunken in rear wheels.
