Default HELP!: rear brake area noise

yes i did search, maybe im bad at it. closest thing i found is this.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ar+brake+noise

well im getting that wowowowowow noise from the rear. what side exactly i cant pinpoint. it sounds like a flat tire almost. this noise the on/off sound depending on the rate of speed. sounds almost like a flat tire. it gets louder the faster i go.

i dont feel any loss in braking power but i am getting a little bit of shaking under heavier braking at higher speeds.

so i changed the rear rotors/pads. no change.

switch back to 16 oem wheels. no change (normally on 17 supra wheels)

i had a caliper freeze up on me before and it never made a noise like this or even close. cant figure it out, any help is appreciated thanks.

my only guesses is something with the caliper or the e-brake?
