Default Suspension clunk

'95 SC400, 100% factory suspension. When nearing a stop after reversing to the left (out of a parking spot, etc), I hear a decent clunk from the front right (passenger side) suspension. It sounds like the spring is binding up then popping back into place. Any ideas as to what the cause might be?
