Default Front Lip Question (updated with pics)

My car has the factory front lip and I've noticed that it has started to warp. So today I was looking at it and was wondering if there was supposed to be any type of support near the bottom of it? The part that is screwed onto the bumper looks decent, it is just when it starts nearing the bottom. Anyone know what to do?

Going up the driveway it rubs if I dont go at an angle. It was my moms car for a while and she never bothered to angle up the driveway nor go slow enough... I dont think that was the issue though because it is like actually warped. I'll probably try the heat gun though if that doesnt work too well maybe I'll have some fun with fiberglass... lol

Don't wanna jack this thread, but I also have factory lip, that was cracked by previous owners and it's like 1/2" apart at the widest gap. Do you guys know of the best way to repair this? I'll post a pic when I get a shot of it...thanks
