Default Worn out key

Hey guys. I've been having a hard time starting my car because it looks like my key is kinda worn out and it won't unlock the ignition. i'm not surprised because the car has over 160K on it but is there anything i can do without ordering a new key from the dealer (over $200 w/o buttons)?

I took mine down to a local key cutter in the mall and he was able to duplicate it.It helped a lot with the ignition cylinder.

Just try a new key.
