Default Yellowish Headlights

Hey I just bought a 95 SC 300 (with plans to do an engine swap with a getrag in the near future) and I noticed my headlights are not as clear as they should be. Anyone know of any way to clean them?

Thanks

All you need is some toothpaste, a damp face towl, and a little bit of elbo grease....5 min.. on each light.....As the matter of fact polish all 4 front lights with toothpaste.....I guarantee they will look almost new.....

sometimes the insides are yellow so you have to crack those open.

id just buy new lights, the same thing will happen later on, but at least they're newer.

i dont get the point in spending what, $800 on something that will just get yellowish again when you can just do some work on your headlights to make it look brand new. I mean doing the work to make it look new or spend $800 on pretty much the same crap.....i mean whats the point.

the new ones have better projectors and are more resistant to yellowing. Lot's more light and better cutoff.

yeah but you can always retrofit your headlights which would cost less than getting new ones
