Default Heater Core.. Help...

I must have a pin leak in my core. I have some steam blowing out of the ac registers and the passenger side window gets some fog build up.

First thing is does anyone know of a place to get a replacement core? I have tried the major dealers and some specialty places, all with no luck.

Next is this a car that I will have to pull the entire dash in order to replace it or can I get away with loosening the passenger side?

Lastly, I hate to even think about this, how well do you think a stop leak product might work? I really hate to do this and bypassing the core for now might be a better option. I live in texas so I more or less wont have to use the heater untill maybe december.

Any help is appreciated as I am in a tight spot. Thanks in advance.

Ok OK so I used the search tool and found.....
Heater core = new car...

I am still stuck with not being able to find a replacement core. Also can anyone think of ANYTHING else this might be?
