How to replace tail light bulb in SC300?
Thanks to the help I got in this forum, I managed to remove the tail light fixure and change the tail light bulb. Luckily, it wasn't too difficult. After removing the nuts, it did seem stuck. That was because the thread on the bolts from fixure was rubbing against the holes through which they entered. Wiggling the tail light fixure allowed the bolts to move around in the holes so that they did not rub so tightly against the sides. With some wiggling and pushing the bolts from inside the trunk, I managed to pull the tail light fixure out. I'm not sure how WD40 would work here and I would not recommend using a flat head screwdriver or crow bar to force the fixure out. Perhaps prying might be necessary for the passenger side tail light fixure as I heard it was more difficult to remove, but I really can't see that it would be necessary. Thanks for everyone's help.
After removing the nuts, I usually smack the back of the screw threads with a ratchet and it pops out. I'm not very nice to my car because she hates me. We have a mutual understanding after three years now lol. I believe the rear tails are 194.
