Default Need Urgent help guys...engine/security system

Heres the deal..I was driving at 70mph..heard a whistling noiseand noticed that my temp gauge immediately shot up to hot.. I pulled over and got it towed in. This is a 94 SC400..upon inspection, the timing belt was still intact beut basically there was rubber shavings everywhere due to a a bearing that seized up and caused it to melt.. So I had the water pump, timing belt, two bearings that work with the timing belt sytem, upper and lower rad. hose and the serp belt. Now everything goes back on fine, the car starts and runs for a few seconds and then shuts off. They can run the car manually by spraying whatever it is into the engine but no fuel is getting to the engine.. The fuel pump is however working. The cars cranks over but immediately dies. I can only think that somehow with the battery out and everything that the security system was tripped. I even tried to manually set off the system by unlocking the doors when the window was down(you know by reaching through the window, this should set it off and make the horn honk) however, it wont do it now. How do you reset the system?? Please help guys cause Im in a hotel and with no car!

Forgot to mention that crank seals and tensioners were replaced
