Default Carbing Radiator Coolant Plate

Hey everyone, my bro is a shop owner and he can order these, i was wondering if you guys have any experience with it. And also if it will fit into a 98 sc400, im pretty sure the front part of the 300's and 400's are the same. I will be ordering one for myself soon, if you guys are interested i can talk to my bro and if we have enough people ill try to get him as a vendor on our forums and organize a group buy.

i have a metal plate similar to that from LuxuryMods.com.

The SC300 and SC400 are different up front, being that the SC300 has the radiator reservior up front while the SC400 is next to the fan behind the radiator...

Looks cool

I have the Carbing cooling plate on my SC.....they only offer it in aluminum for our cars. Should fit both cars but for the 400's, you will have an ugly hole in the middle of it where the resevior cap fits in on the 300's.

It's a 2 piece deal that is awesome if you have a front mount or have opened up the stock bumper....but is totally useless if you have a totally stock front with stock ducting.

I have it as well, fits like a gem. As far is it doing anyting other than looking good, its hard for me to tell. My car runs cool always due to our climate, 3row pwr radiator, and 2x FAL fans.

Ah I see. So its mainly for cosmetic purposes on a stock engine.

They make a Carbon one for the SC3/400, but it is also meant for the 430 so it might not fit as well as the aluminum one: http://www.luxurymods.com/ProductDet...=1206&fid=1011
