Everytime i turned on the ignition key, it gets stock and doesnt go back to ON position. Any suggestions ?

Could simply be that your lock is gummed up and needs lubrication. Go to Home Depot or a hardware store and buy Lockeze (or even WD40) and squirt a small amount into the lock. Then turn it a few times. It may loosen it up.
