go to pep boys or something and get that emblem/automotive adhesive

if not you can just use double sided poster tape made by 3m, It's a couple millimeters thick and does the job well.

Thank you for your offer I am trying to decide if I have anything to use them on so if someone asks for one, give it to them, and thanks again

On my SC300 I just pulled them right off not worrying about breaking them since they were gold. I replaced those gold emblems with the chrome ones. Every now and then I keep putting them and taking them off. What I do is just gently pull on them or if the glue is really holding on to the emblem then try softening it up with a blow dryer or something. What I've seen a couple of my friends do is they use a blow dryer and fishing line so they dont leave any scratches behind.

yea i used the fishing line and it worked but there are screws holding them down that i cant seem to get off. I had to break the sc300 emblem off and it worked but i think i might have to do it with the L emblem. But if there is a way i wanna know how to do it.

You don't have to break the big L to get it off. Loosen the glue with a hair dryer/heat gun and slide the fishing line around underneath the entire emblem (working all the way to each of the three "screws" (which are really just clips)) and then gently pull each "screw" out a little bit at a time, until they are all free. I was able to get my L off without breaking it, it just takes a little time. The Lexus and the SC_300 are more difficult to do without breaking, both of mine are broken from previous people trying to take off the emblems. Once you paint them black and reaffix them to the car you won't be able to tell that they are broken unless you look VERY closely.
