I did it to my 98 sc300... didnt really experience much except a little louder intake sound. Also I noticed its throttle response has improved. I'm still working on figuring out if my gas milage changed.
I did it, too. But I too have not made a cover for it yet, so it's not truely pressurized like Peter Scotts.
As for the dyno, I did make a run but that was after my S-AFC II install, but I'd guess it gave me another 5 or so hp. Oh, I DID put in the K&N drop-in filter and LOST power, tq. and hp! Gayness....

Both of these dyno runs are after S-AFC II tune; apparently this place has a VERY conservative dyno... I need to go somewhere else to get an accurate hp/tq number (in theory I should be right around 195-200whp).
