WTF?! All my posts were gone....sheoot. I shoulda known not to find a back way to the forum while it said it was down...UGH!
Ok....compressor screwed up. I had already started painting so it was too late. Oil from the compressor line somehow got thru TWO filters at the gun. It caused the flake in the paint to lift to the top, so you can see these little tiny bumps on it. I tried polishing compound, cleaner wax, 2000 grit sandpaper, nothing works. It needs a blast wiht wet-sand 1200 grit and then a polish. Well I don't have time for that! Gotta leave for NOPI in the morning.
I don't think I'm gonna show my car. It just doesn't look right. Plus one of the spots that was bondo'ed isn't perfectly smooth. UGH. At least there aren't 6 holes in the top of the trunk...LOL
And buy did I get a lot of stares tonight when I took it out...LOL

You can see the flake sparkling in this pic. Also you can see what's screwed up... see where the light is reflecting on the bend of the panel? See those TINY little bumps? Well that's the flake lifted up. There's a few spots where it tried to fisheye, but I got those fixed. I think I've decided to never use single stage paint again...lol I said that once before too....but I just didn't listen to myself. Base/clear is SOOOOO much easier to work with!

Well I'm for sure going to drive it down there.....but I don't really want to put it in the show.... That 48hrs that I've got is only another 12 or so 
And I gotta get my trunk finished, get my interior put back in, finish getting my neon installed, reinstall the bodykit, hook all the stereo back up, finish the center dash panel, CLEAN THE CAR. I shoulda quit work two weeks ago, so I woulda had time to finish the car. But I wish I had time to sand and polish the paint....sheoot.
