94 sc300 5 speed....

after installation of coilovers its scraped the harness under the drivers fender and caused the guage cluster lights to turn off. i fixed the wiring and raised the car. cluster lights are on. but now it will not crank. also when ever the car is in the ON position and i have my foot barely on the clutch, the oil light , rear light malfunction light, and BRAKE light goes from dim to bright depending on how much pressure i give the clutch...... the car drives fine but i just got to bump start it..
and the starter is new and working proberly. all fuses were check out fine..
