First Car
Thanks and yeah I've read the guide on these forums about that and bookmarked it because it's the first thing I plan on doing! I don't actually have my license yet haha even though I'm 17 but I'll be getting it in less than two weeks hopefully! Therefore I can't go drive out and get the silicone and wax that I need to do it but as soon as I have the chance I'll take it.
I remember when I got my first ride.....1990 Mustang GT 5spd....flipped and totalled it, racing a kid in a Camaro three weeks after I got it!!!
I'm sure your hearing it from everyone around you...but be careful dude!!!
Its a nice car....keep it nice, and dent free!!!

Thanks everyone. Yeah I'll be sure to be careful with it. It's a 1992 by the way and yeah I do plan on doing some modification to it. Mostly cosmetic stuff. First thing is those condensated headlights like I mentioned earlier. That seems to really make a difference in terms of looks on these cars. Cheap too. Which is the reason alot of other mods will have to wait, I have no money haha. Once I get my license though it'll be much easier to get a job and then I'll be pumping pretty much all my money into this thing. : ] Thanks for the compliment on the color I like it alot too. The paint is absolutely gorgeous. I haven't even washed it yet and it's been rained on many many times since I've got it (...what's up with the weather?) and it looks like just like new. Only has 57 thousand miles and runs great! The only problem I've had with it so far was when I was driving today the ride was a little bumpier than usual. I look at it after I park and I see that the back right tire was flat! Not a big problem at all though just filled it up with some air at the gas station, it's just a little annoying. Other than that it is definitely an amazing vehicle and I'm sure I'll be doing alot of things with it and I'll try to post here pretty frequently. I love looking at everyones cars it gives me ideas!
I wish I could pay someone to clean my drivers side HL--I tried cleaning a spare one I had with disasterous results. I hope you have better luck. I still got that silicone crap all over towels and my pants. I almost had a stroke trying to pry that sucker open with a crobar after 5 runs in the oven. Ended up tossing that suck for a brand new $300 HL
Maybe it was hard for me beacuse I have an ancient 92.
